Work you'll do

As an Associate Vice President, AI and Data Solutions on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:


* Lead engagement planning, budgeting, staffing, and team mobilization for data and AI initiatives


* Define deliverable structure and content; manage quality, timelines, economics, and engagement risk


* Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors and facilitate buy-in for proposed solutions


* Lead business development activities, including client relationship development, pursuit leadership, proposal development, and pricing strategy input


* Coach and develop practitioners through counseling, staffing input, recruitment, retention, and delivery team leadership

Required:


* 10+ years of consulting experience in enterprise data architecture, data strategy, analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation, including enterprise-level Palantir experience combining hands-on Foundry architecture, program leadership, responsible AI, team management, and delivery across multiple client sectors.
