As a Senior Consultant, Project and Program Management on the Human Capital Program Major Programs and Portfolio Management (MPPM) team, you will be responsible for supporting complex transformation initiatives, coordinating project management activities across agile and traditional environments, and helping clients drive business outcomes through disciplined execution.


* Manage day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders, sponsors, and project leaders.


* Deliver workstreams within client engagements focused on technology and business solution implementation.


* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource assignments, and key deliverables across complex initiatives.


* Monitor project performance, track risks and issues, and coordinate corrective actions to address variances.


* Facilitate requirements, design, testing, training, and deployment activities across cross-functional teams.
