Your role:

Are you looking for the next step in your finance career?
We are seeking a Financial Controller who will take on the site controller responsibilities for our manufacturing facility in Huningue.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with solid controlling experience in manufacturing who wants to grow into a full Financial Controller role in the future.

Your Responsibilities:


* Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the site, including reporting, planning, and compliance.


* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes (expenses, standard costing, and P&L) and present results to site and global stakeholders.


* Analyze actual results vs.

plan/forecast, identify key drivers, and recommend corrective actions (expenses, COGS, CAPEX, headcount).


* Prepare and monitor key site financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.


* Support Sarbanes-Oxley control processes, asset verification, and audit activities.


* Partner with site teams to assess the financial impact of operational changes, product transfers, and investments.


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, productivity, and profitability.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


* Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus).


* 3–6 years of experience in Controlling or Finance in a manufacturing environment.


* Knowledge of product costing and strong financial analysis skills.


* Analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.


* Eager to take on broader responsibilities and grow into a full controller role.


* Fluent in English (French is a plus).
