Your future success starts here! Summary: The Regional Manager is responsible for overall leadership and management of the assigned store's operations.

The Regional Manager plays a key role in building and nurturing the culture that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.

Additionally, the Regional Manager is a member of the organization's executive team and involved with developing organizational strategy.

Required Education and/or Experience: Associate or bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of related leadership experience.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has supervisory responsibilities.
