Talent Acquisition Specialist

POSITION:Talent Acquisition Specialist DEPARTMENT:HR REPORTS TO:TalentAcquisition Manager FLSA STATUS:Non-Exempt ABOUT THE ROLE The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in attractinganhiringtoptalent to support both our seasonal and year-round workforce needs.

This position manages the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidatespassing offto our onboardingfacilitatorsandensuring a positive new-hire experienceoverall along with the rest of HR.

TheTalent AcquisitionSpecialist will also develop andmaintaintalent pipelines for critical roles, partner with schools and community organizations to build long-term recruiting channels and provide insights to hiring managers on market trends and candidate availability.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Recruiting & Hiring Manage the full cycle recruiting process for assigned roleswith a focus on field and crew roles.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview plans.

Post jobs and manage applicant flows byusingthe companysApplicant Tracking System, ensuring statuses areaccurateand up to date.

Oversee ATS data to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

Source candidates via job boards, social media, career fairs, and proactiveheadhunting.

Coordinate campus and career recruiting events, including attending.

Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates tohiringmanagersin a timely manner.

Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure professional, positive candidate experience.

Monitor and interpret recruiting analytics to drive continuous improvement in time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and overall pipeline quality.

Develop and execute recruitment event strategies, including career fairs and community partnerships, to build candidate pipelines and increase brand visibility.

Transition candidates to onboarding(current vis a vis HR Business Partners)and out of the recruiting pipelineneatly Prepare offerletters Manage the accuracy of ongoing recruitingstatus report(s) Talent Pipeline Development Build andmaintainrelationships with universities, trade schools, and community organizations to support campus and local recruiting efforts.

Create and rollout development plans for incoming and existing staff for their perspective regions.

Support career fair planning, on-site hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.

Maintain an evergreen pipeline of key roles (e.g., Production Managers, Account Managers, Irrigation Technicians).

Partner with the HR team to develop creative sourcing campaigns, advertising strategies, and referral programs.

Collaboration & Compliance Work closely withotherHR teammembersto ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Support Spanish-language recruiting and onboarding as needed.

Advise hiring managers on talent market trends, compensation competitiveness, and candidate availability to support informed hiring decisions.
