As a Recovery Specialist with Chimes' Residential Recovery Program, you'll walk alongside residents as they rebuild daily living skills, work toward independence, and create healthier futures - all in a small, supportive team environment with a manageable caseload of 4-5 residents.Shifts Available


* Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM


* Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM


* Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

What You'll Do


* Guide residents through daily living skills - self-care, budgeting, and medication education


* Provide supportive, recovery-oriented counseling grounded in best practices


* Help maintain a safe, welcoming home through light housekeeping and meal prep


* Drive residents to appointments and activities using a program van


* Administer medications in line with DPW standards


* Respond calmly and confidently in crisis moments


* Keep accurate documentation and billable service records


* Advocate for residents and model healthy communication and conflict resolution


* Partner with your program coordinator and team to support each resident's individual goals

What You'll Bring


* Associate's degree with 1 year of human services experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience


* Strong communicator who thrives both independently and on a team


* A compassionate, flexible, recovery-oriented mindset


* Comfort managing a small caseload (4-5 residents)


* Valid driver's license and willingness to transport residents
