Job Summary
Performs application management and support activities independently or as a member of a team.
Provides hands-on Tier II or Level 2 application user support for enterprise software systems.
Works with cross-functional teams to test and implement software application fixes, upgrades and patches in the appropriate technology environments.
Employs industry-standard processes in the administration of enterprise applications including the configuration, testing and implementation of software applications to meet business requirements.
Communicates and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders regarding assigned responsibilities, projects, and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree and
• Two (2) years of experience in administration and support of Enterprise Applications, including Time and Attendance, Issue Tracking, or Document Management is required .
Preferred Qualifications
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS) or Business Information Systems is preferred .
• Experience implementing new applications and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform is preferred .
• Experience providing support for enterprise-wide software is preferred .

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and the ability to write SQL queries.
• Skills in configuring, administering, and supporting software systems.
• Ability to follow Software Development Methodologies.
• Ability to multi-task, manage daily operational tasks and project related
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to address and resolve moderately complex to difficult work problems.
• Ability to rapidly master new software and operate in different platforms as required.
