At APV, we Always Provide Value POSITION SUMMARY The Graphic Artist will design, develop, update, and quality-review visual assets for training modernization.
Working with instructional designers, technical writers, eLearning and multimedia specialists, subject matter experts, instructors, and accessibility personnel, this role will translate complex scientific, regulatory, and technical content into clear, accurate, engaging visuals.
The Graphic Artist will support modernization of existing courses and development of new courses by producing consistent, accessible, publication-ready graphics for instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and digital learning materials that comply with client requirements, applicable Regulatory Training System standards, and project document-control practices.
DUTIES Design and revise diagrams, process illustrations, infographics, icons, charts, tables, presentation graphics, job-aid visuals, image treatments, and other visual assets for training courses.Collaborate with instructional designers, technical writers, and subject matter experts to convert complex concepts, workflows, equipment, methods, and data into accurate, learner-centered visual explanations.Develop coordinated visual treatments for instructor guides, student guides and manuals, presentations, job aids, handouts, practice exercises, assessments, evaluation instruments, eLearning, and other course materials.Apply client Visual Identity requirements, approved templates, typography, color, layout, image-use, and branding conventions consistently across each complete course materials package.Create visuals that support learning objectives and job performance without introducing scientific inaccuracies, ambiguity, unnecessary decoration, or content that conflicts with approved source materials.Participate in design reviews and courseware reviews with stakeholders and internal team members...
