RN – Care Team Leader / Charge Nurse – Hospitalist IMC (C2/6)

Work Schedule:

90%, evening/night shifts with a 2 in 6 weekend schedule and holiday rotation.

You will work at the University Hospital in Madison, WI.

Pay:


* Additional components of compensation include impressive shift differentials - $4/hour evening, $5/hour night and $4.25/hour weekend differential as applicable for hours worked

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate care or higher Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team in a state-of-the-art 16-bed Hospitalist IMC that will care for patients on C2/6.

This unit specializes in providing comprehensive, high-acuity nursing care to adults presenting with a wide variety of medical diagnoses, complex comorbidities or hemodynamic instability requiring increased support.

Working closely with the nurse manager, this is a unique opportunity for a Care Team Leader to be part of creating and shaping a new space.

Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in nursing Preferred

Work Experience:


* 2 years experience in an inpatient unit Required


* 2 years of combined work experience...
