Were looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and own Amazon Search Ads across global markets in the UK, Europe and North America.

Youll report directly to our Performance Marketing Manager, who leads Amazon Search, DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and digital retail media across partners like Target, Kroger, Albertsons, and Walmart.

Your core remit is Amazon Search but as you settle in, youll have the opportunity to support across the broader performance marketing stack.

Were also heading into a website relaunch, so SEO experience is a genuine plus.

What Youll Do Own Amazon Search Ads Manage Sponsored Products (Manual & Auto), Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Brand Video campaigns across UK, DE, IT, FR, ES, NL, plus.

Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and placements across our gum and mints portfolio.

Build out campaigns in markets were still developing theres genuine scope to build here, not just maintain.

Keep Reporting Tight Run regular reports and trackers consistently, on time.

Bring thoughtful insights and recommendations, not just numbers.

Support the Broader Team Support on DSP, AMC, and retail media as workload requires.
