Roles & Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers and business leaders as a trusted recruiting advisor helping define talent needs, recruiting strategy, candidate profiles, and market approach.Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviewing, offer development, closing candidates, and onboarding handoff.Directly source professional, technical, management, and leadership talent, including passive candidates who may not be actively looking for a new opportunity.Use LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networking, referrals, industry groups, market research, talent mapping, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage hard-to-find candidates.Develop sourcing strategies for positions such as Project Managers, Sales Leaders, IT professionals, operational leadership, and other specialized roles.Build proactive pipelines for recurring and high-volume field and skilled-trade positions.Reduce dependence on external recruiting agencies by developing strong internal sourcing capabilities and long-term talent networks.Manage recruiting activity through UKG Ready, our applicant tracking system, ensuring timely candidate movement, communication, documentation, and hiring-manager visibility.Help optimize recruiting workflows, automation, reporting, and candidate experience within UKG Ready.Build relationships with trade schools, technical programs, colleges, workforce development organizations, professional associations, and industry networks.Support employer branding efforts, career fairs, recruiting campaigns, social s...
