In this context, our teams handle all the functions required for managing large-scale electrical distribution projects.
Your role:
Reporting to the Contract Management Leader, you will ensure that contractual obligations are clearly defined, negotiated, and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
You will safeguard the company's commercial interests by managing risks, monitoring compliance, and driving resolution of claims or deviations.
Your role is critical to secure profitability, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure smooth project execution across different countries and regulatory environments.

Your missions:
* Lead contract management for customer projects with moderate/high risk exposure during execution phases
* Collaborate with project teams to manage contractual, financial, operational and tax matters while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines
* Navigate complex contractual negotiations and draft comprehensive agreements with customers, vendors, and partners
* Analyze and document contract changes, maintaining detailed records in our contract database
* Provide strategic guidance on risk mitigation and contract optimization strategies

* Proven track record in managing complex contracts and commercial agreements
* Strong understanding of legal, financial, operational and tax implications in contract management
* Excellence in negotiation and stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities for risk assessment

The role is based in Grenoble.
Your profile:
* You hold a university degree in Law or Engineering and have a strong interest in business, as well as in commercial and contractual matters.
* You have proven experience in contractual management (+10 years), both during contract execution and in pre-contract phases - including negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and administering agreements.
* Experience with Nuclear business, including negotiating claims and managing contracts in this segment, is a valuable plus.
