Manager-Testing(Chiller & Cooling Products)
Join our manufacturing team as an Engineer II focused on PCBA and product testing.
You'll develop test strategies, optimize testing processes, and ensure product quality through innovative validation methods in a dynamic production environment.
What will you do?
* Create and execute test strategies and procedures for printed circuit board assemblies and products
* Implement and validate test fixtures and equipment to streamline testing operations
* Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and collaborate with teams to drive resolutions
* Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance testing efficiency and product reliability
