Role: APV is seeking an experienced LMS Transition and Workforce Development Project Manager to lead a complex, enterprise-scale Learning Management System (LMS) transition and key workforce development initiatives for a federal government agency.

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the successful implementation of an enterprise-wide LMS ecosystem, including system configuration, migration from multiple legacy LMS platforms, HR data integration, change management, training, and inter-agency coordination.

Additionally, this project manager will lead work that includes instructional systems design, development of eLearning programs, development of AI-enabled tools that support training programs, and oversight of subcontractor-delivered government skills training programs.

The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of accountability for cost, schedule, performance, and stakeholder satisfaction, ensuring the LMS transition delivers measurable value to workforce modernization objectives while minimizing operational disruption.

This position requires strong leadership in regulated federal environments, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to translate strategic goals into executable plans.
