The Opportunity:

You will serve as a vital operational leader, managing high-end residential window and door replacement projects from installation handoff through final completion.

This role allows you to combine your technical construction expertise and leadership skills to drive project schedules, maximize budgets, and ensure total homeowner satisfaction.

You will have the autonomy to solve complex field challenges while representing a trusted regional brand committed to exceptional quality.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Adapt production specifications to provide installation solutions matching customer expectations.


* Confirm sales contract details to align customer expectations with product options and processes.


* Determine required installation labor durations and material needs for every job site.


* Troubleshoot real-time site issues and provide direct support to installation crews.


* Work directly with homeowners to resolve project concerns and ensure absolute satisfaction.


* Conduct pre-sale site visits with sales representatives to define contract scope and pricing.


* Support installation leadership with the recruitment and onboarding of independent subcontractors.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Minimum of 5 years of experience in home improvement or a closely related field.


* High school diploma or equivalent level of education.


* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


* Proven customer service background with expertise in conflict resolution.


* Demonstrated knowledge of residential construction techniques and site workflows.


* Previous hands-on experience recruiting and managing independent contractors.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* Five or more years of dedicated project leadership experience in window and door replacement.


* Proven track record of high-level adaptability, leadership skills, and team collaboration.


* Advanced expertise in win/win negotiation and managing customer expectations under tight timelines.
