This is a role well suited for a highly motivated student looking to build their skill set and gain hands-on experience.

As a CCS Electrical Engineering Co-op, you will be responsible for:



* Completing engineering backlog items with the oversight of the CCS Electrical Engineer.

Notably, it is expected that this role will complete a manufacturing test set for a control chassis assembly.


* Working independently and communicating progress in a clear and concise manner.


* Learning and acquiring respective theory and know how, techniques, methods, tools and processes related to CCS products.


* Supporting the CCS Electrical Engineer in his tasks and responsibilities.

This position may suit you best ifyou are familiar with the areas and concepts below, and would like to develop your skills within Healthineers:



* Previous projects, team competitions, or internships in Electrical Engineering;


* Hands-on experience operating digital multimeters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, function generators, and power supplies;


* Active problem-solving mindset combined with the self-awareness to ask senior engineers for guidance when encountering technical roadblocks.

Required skills and education to have for the success of this role:



* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering (Electrical track) with a minimum of 4 semesters of core engineering coursework completed.


* Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred)


* Ability to interpret electrical schematics, pinout tables, connector topologies, and block diagrams.


* Hands-on experience operating digital multimeters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, function generators, and power supplies.


* Firm grasp of Ohm's Law, Kirchhoff's laws, signal routing, grounding techniques, pull-up/pull-down resistor logic, and basic filtering.
