Join our team as a Marketing Communications Specialist supporting the North America region's Angiography business.
The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent operational and project management skills, communications and writing skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.
As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the Marketing Communications Manager in creating content and digital marketing material such flyers, white papers, videos, PowerPoint presentations for a designated product portfolio and upcoming product launches
* Maintaining business line Intranet and Internet with content management system and SharePoint tools
* Managing operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners.
* Maintaining content libraries and ensuring usability for sales
* Managing and executing internal communication projects such as internal newsletters
* Supporting in the preparation of routine reports and various documents to measure various sales and promotional communications effectiveness
* Supporting the coordination of routine projects, such as trade shows, awareness and demand generation campaigns.
* Supporting project tracking for Marketing Communications

Required skills to have for the success of this role:
* You hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or comparable years of experience
* You have over 0-2 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in healthcare marketing communications.
