The Sr.

Manager, Health Care Compliance Officer serves as a strategic healthcare compliance partner to Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine teams, enabling compliant growth through risk-based, principles-driven guidance and decision support.

This role operates within a dynamic and highly regulated environment, translating evolving legal, regulatory, and policy requirements into clear, practical, and actionable guidance that supports both business objectives and ethical standards.

Consistent with the Innovative Medicine compliance strategy, this position helps advance the evolution from a rules-based model to a principles-based, risk-informed approach that emphasizes accountability, sound judgment, and compliance by design.

The Sr.

Manager partners cross-functionally (e.g., Commercial, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory/Ad Promo, Privacy, HR, Finance) to embed compliance early into strategy development and execution, enhance operational effectiveness of compliance processes, and support elements of the Health Care Compliance program across products and/or centers of excellence.
