Job Description:

The Global Financial Reporting team supports compliant, accurate, and timely financial reporting by bringing together CFIN platform operations, data quality, reconciliations, controls, and reporting activities into one integrated global team.

Position Summary

The Global Financial Reporting Associate will support assigned financial reporting, reconciliation, data validation, and close-related activities under the guidance of senior team members.

This entry-level role is responsible for helping ensure financial data is complete, accurate, properly documented, and submitted on time across assigned processes, platforms, and legal entities.

The role will work with Global Services operational teams, regional ATR teams, Finance Data Management, Data Quality, Compliance, technology partners, and business stakeholders to execute routine financial reporting activities, support issue investigation, prepare required documentation, and contribute to process stability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain Operational Excellence


* Perform assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting and accounting support activities based on established procedures and timelines.


* Support CFIN ATR processes, including data monitoring, error review, manual journal entry preparation support, reconciliation package preparation, and close-related reporting activities.


* Prepare and support reconciliations for assigned source ERP to CFIN data, including sales, trial balance, quantity, journal entry, or other interface and reporting reconciliations as required.


* Perform data validation, report preparation, and basic variance checks to support financial reporting submissions and close deliverables.
