Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations, Data, Data Science and AI (DDSAI) serves as a strategic partner to DDSAI and R&D leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making across the Technology, Data, and AI portfolio.

This role uniquely combines portfolio management leadership with hands-on technical execution.

The individual owns portfolio governance, strategic planning, resource management, executive reporting, and portfolio analytics - while also maintaining the technical capability to process data, automate workflows, build dashboards, and generate automated management reporting.

It is an ideal role for a hands-on technical contributor seeking greater business-facing and leadership exposure.

The successful candidate blends portfolio management discipline, business operations judgment, and technical automation skills to improve visibility, governance, execution, and business value realization across the portfolio.

This role acts as the bridge between leadership decision-making and operational portfolio intelligence.

It enables better decisions and stronger governance without replacing leadership accountability for prioritization and investment decisions, or project teams' accountability for day-to-day execution.
