We are searching for the best talent for Facilities & Utilities Co-op to be in Gurabo, PR.


* The Co-op term is from January to December, 2027.


* Full time requirement (40 hours per week).

Purpose:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a motivated and analytical Facilities Co-op to join our Facilities and Utilities team in Gurabo.

This internship offers hands-on experience supporting facility operations, utilities systems, technical projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance activities within a regulated manufacturing environment.

The selected candidate will work alongside experienced engineers and technical professionals, gaining exposure to project execution, data analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and operational excellence practices that support business continuity and site operations.

You will be responsible:


* Support the execution of technical projects under the guidance of Facilities Engineering and Facilities Management.


* Analyze utilities and operational data to identify trends, summarize findings, and support technical reports.


* Participate in troubleshooting activities and help investigate equipment, utility, or process deviations.


* Assist in root cause analysis and development of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and implement solutions.
