We are searching for the best talent for Clinical Engineering & Human Factors Interns within Robotics R&D.

Purpose: Join our Clinical Engineering team in Santa Clara, CA, and help advance healthcare technology through innovative engineering solutions.

This internship offers hands-on experience supporting the definition, development, and evaluation of medical technologies, including laboratory testing, system characterization, and engineering studies that inform product design and improve patient care.

As an intern on the Clinical Engineering & Human Factors Engineering team, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support the development of innovative medical devices and robotic surgical systems.

You will contribute to understanding user needs, evaluating clinical workflows, assessing risks, and generating insights that guide product development.

This role provides exposure to both the clinical and human-centered aspects of medical device design, helping ensure products are safe, effective, and instinctive for healthcare professionals and patients.
