The Operations Coordinator - NPI supports Distribution Center readiness and execution for New Product Introductions (NPIs).

This role serves as the primary operational coordinator within the DC, ensuring new products are ready to be received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and compliantly at launch.

This position focuses on hands‑on coordination, system readiness, floor execution, and issue resolution, directly supporting speed‑to‑market and customer service performance.
Key Responsibilities
NPI Readiness & Execution


* Act as the DC point of contact for new product introductions, supporting multiple launches annually.


* Partner with Product, Supply Chain, Quality, Systems, and Commercial teams prior to launch to understand SKU attributes, volumes, handling needs, and timelines.


* Translate NPI requirements into operational readiness actions across receiving, putaway, storage, picking, and shipping.


* Coordinate space, labor, equipment, and WMS readiness to support on‑time first receipt and shipment.
