Primary Purpose:
Perform required duties that will assure compliance, both internally and externally, to qualify standards and procedures imposed by our customers to measure wall thickness with the use of ultrasonic testing equipment.

Entry level minimum pay is $24.00/hr.

Higher starting pay available depending on position, skills and work experience.

Second Shift differential is $2/hr.

What will you do?

Major Responsibilities


* Ability to work autonomously while verifying castings final wall tolerances meet acceptance criteria per customer specifications.


* Ability to create Non-conformance documents.


* Ability to set-up and verify calibration of all Ultrasound equipment including quick checks and veneers.


* Ability to assist bench operators within scope of gaging knowledge.


* Employees must be versatile enough to work parts dedicated to any cell.


* May be required to perform essential duties as needed.


* Responsible for adherence to all safety policies, practices and procedures.


* Ability to work overtime


* Attendance/Reliability


* Ability to work at the Chittenango facility

Qualifications:


* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required


* Experience: 1-2 years of quality or inspection experience preferred


* Certifications/Licenses: Ability to achieve Level II certification
