Job Description:
The Miscellaneous Labor position is a versatile, hands-on role designed to support operations throughout the plant.
Team members are assigned where needed based on production demands and staffing requirements.
Responsibilities may include operating machinery, loading trailers, assisting machine operators, moving materials, maintaining work areas, and supporting various manufacturing processes.
Employees in this role receive cross-training in multiple departments to provide operational flexibility and ensure coverage across the facility.
Miscellaneous Labor - 1st Shift
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (or until production is complete)
Pay: $20.86/hour

Key Responsibilities
* Operate production equipment according to work instructions, specifications, and safety standards.
* Perform production tasks while meeting quality, productivity, and efficiency expectations.
* Inspect and measure finished products using precision measuring tools to verify quality standards.
* Accurately complete production logs, records, and documentation while reporting defects or quality concerns.
* Inspect equipment prior to operation and perform basic adjustments and routine maintenance as needed.
* Assist machine operators and support production activities throughout the facility.
* Move materials, clean work areas, and provide general plant support based on business needs.
* Manually load and unload drums inside trailers, including working in hot, non-climate-controlled environments.
