Key Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.


* Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.


* Complete timely and accurate documentation of nursing care and resident progress.


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, residents, and families to support quality outcomes.


* Respond appropriately to resident needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and infection prevention practices.

Qualifications


* Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or sub-acute setting preferred.


* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
