What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care while helping residents maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals


* Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive resident care


* Follow individualized care plans and assigned nursing procedures under the direction of licensed nursing staff


* Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the appropriate nursing team member


* Accurately document care and services provided


* Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment


* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers


* Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide high-quality resident care

Qualifications


* Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification


* Ability to work a consistent full-time 4/2 rotation


* Availability for PM or NOC shifts


* Reliable, compassionate, and dependable


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Genuine interest in caring for seniors and supporting their quality of life
