Work You'll Do

As a Security Engineer II on the team, you will be responsible for supporting security monitoring, alert triage, and threat detection activities across AMC networks, systems, and mission data.


* Monitor and triage security alerts across networks, systems, and mission environments to identify potential security threats


* Investigate security events across multiple platforms by analyzing and correlating telemetry, log data, and network sensor data


* Validate threats, document findings, and report risk to mission stakeholders in a timely manner


* Execute established SOC playbooks and support root cause analysis, threat hunting, and development of indicators of compromise (IOCs)


* Contribute to detection tuning, runbook updates, and use case improvements while collaborating with Army stakeholders, information technology teams, and delivery counterparts

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* Active Secret Clearance


* Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification or higher
