At APV, we Always Provide Value POSITION SUMMARY The eLearning Project Manager will plan, lead, and control the development of online learning modules supporting training modernization.

This role will manage authorized eLearning work from requirements and design through development, accessibility review, client network and LMS testing, acceptance, and delivery of complete Government-owned source files and SCORM packages.

Working with client stakeholders and APV's instructional design, eLearning, multimedia, graphics, technical writing, quality assurance, and Section 508 personnel, the manager will coordinate multiple concurrent course workstreams and ensure that each product is accurate, engaging, evidence-based, accessible, maintainable, and aligned with applicable regulatory training systems and National Curriculum Standard requirements.

DUTIES Lead authorized eLearning and online-module projects from initiation through final acceptance, establishing scope, responsibilities, milestones, dependencies, review gates, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.Translate client direction, course evaluation findings, approved Course Development Plans, Course Design Documents, and-training requirements into executable eLearning production plans and schedules.Manage concurrent module-development workstreams and coordinate instructional designers, eLearning developers, graphic artists, video and multimedia specialists, technical writers, subject matter experts, LMS personnel, and accessibility and quality reviewers.Ensure online modules apply evidence-based instructional design and adult-learning practices and align objectives, content, interactive activities, games, simulations, practice, and assessments with applicable standards.Control scope, schedule, labor, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes; identify potential delays or resource constraints early and p...
