Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

·Support the S&OP process by co-leading the S&OP Demand reviews.

·Manage the supply chain volume forecast process for Israel Professional and imported goods by maintaining a 18-month rolling forecasts for planning purposes.

·Liaise and align with regional Finance resources to provide a reliable volume forecast as base input for Quarterly Financial Forecasts.

·Provide independent analysis of available data streams and information to improve Demand Management KPIs (Forecast Accuracy and Bias).

·Support new product introduction by collaborating with Customer Management und local Marketing teams to provide aligned volume forecasts for Supply Chain and Planning.

·Manage forecast locations splits and product roll-overs in our systems to optimize service and reduce obsolescence and cost exposure.

·Optimize the use of our Demand Planning system Prevail.

Optimize and continuously improve forecasting processes in line with business changing needs

​Leadership Competencies / Qualifications

·Strong analytical skills

·Prior experience in supply chain, particularly in Forecasting and planning is essential for at least 3 years.

·Ability to operate under pressure in a fast-changing environment

·Ability to influence and shape decisions across the functions and with senior management

·Excellent communication skills

·Be able to work with a variety of individuals and cross-functional teams to take initiatives to problem solve.

·English language proficiency
