POSITION SUMMARY: Team player providing a variety of food service tasks in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations with Frontline Management established policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITY: Greet and provide cocktail service to our residents and their guests in the lounge and dining room.

Serve and clear in accordance with company standards.

Provide cocktail and wine service in lounge and dining room.

Comprehend menu, food, and beverage knowledge.

Abide by service standards.

Open to gueridon tableside cooking training and presentations.

Attending bar and wine service training.

Display hospitable, stable, positive attitude with residents, guests, and WMV coworkers.

Attentive to special needs of residents and their guests.

Effectively and accurately use POS system.

Set up and breakdown dining room.

Work catering and special event functions.

Follow cleaning and sanitation standards.

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 1 year server experienceFood Handlers certification.

PHYSICAL DEMAND: Lift up to 50 pounds and carry an oval service tray with four dinners.

Transport carts to and from the kitchen.
