Essential Responsibilities: Arrive at work well-rested and prepared, prioritizing safety at all timesEfficiently dry lumber using computer-controlled kilnsPerform all duties associated with the Big Lift Operator roleOperate the 950 equipment to maneuver kiln chargesContinuously monitor kilns, flash tanks, and condensate tanksManage the flow of lumber on both the green and dry padsMaintain clear communication with the Sawmill and Planer departmentsConduct daily quality checks for the Stacker, Charge Building, and YardDeliver a high-quality product to downstream customersUnderstand and meet throughput expectationsPerform daily sampling and moisture content testingExhibit self-motivation and initiativeCollaborate effectively as part of a team
