In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for our customers, assisting with order placement, order updates, product inquiries, and overall customer support.

You'll work closely with our outside sales team and internal departments to ensure every customer receives accurate, timely, and professional service.

What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing accurate product information and order support Assist with local walk-in customers or appointments.

This will entail hands-on experience with product and proper fitment to the customer.

Process orders, order modifications, and related forms in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TYR's full product line to answer questions and make informed recommendations Coordinate with outside sales representatives to keep customer accounts and orders aligned Track and follow up on open orders, backorders, and customer requests to keep things moving Maintain a professional, solutions-focused tone with customers and coworkers, including in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or a related office environment preferred.
