Stuller is seeking dependable Temporary Manufacturing Associates to support various production areas within our manufacturing operations.

Assignments may include assembly, machine operation, oven processing, die striking, material handling, and other production-related activities.

Team members are responsible for safely operating equipment, following established procedures, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment, machinery, tools, and production systems according to established procedures.

Assemble, process, inspect, or move products and materials throughout various stages of production.

Monitor production workflow and maintain productivity standards while meeting quality expectations.

Perform routine equipment operation, basic adjustments, and equipment care as directed.

Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with manufacturing specifications.

Follow all safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

Accurately track work, production information, and materials as required.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support departmental goals and on-time delivery.

Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or industrial experience is helpful but not required.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production processes.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials as required by the position.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the work shift.

Ability to work in a production environment while adhering to safety and attendance expectations.

Work Environment Manufacturing and production setting.

Requires the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) based on work assignment.

May involve repetitive hand movements, machine operation, material handling, and standing for extended periods.

Temporary assignments may be available on various shifts depending on business needs.
