Pacific West Program Manager, Vice President
Global Real Estate is organized to efficiently partner with each line of business to provide global functional expertise with local implementation and manage the firm's real estate assets & investments.
As the Pacific West Program Manager on the Global Real Estate (GRE) team, you will serve as the primary line-of-business (LOB) point of contact for all real estate-related initiatives and project activities across your region.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional GRE projects and shape real estate strategies across your portfolio.
You will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule and within budget, coordinating and aligning key stakeholders, and ensuring that regional administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
This role reports to the Regional Real Estate Manager.
Job Responsibilities
• Own Portfolio delivery performance of assigned territory; accountable for strategy execution, governance, escalations, and service consistency
• Set regional real estate strategy and roadmap based on LOB demand and utilization insights
• Lead end-to-end portfolio planning and prioritization, translating strategy into funded, executable delivery
• Serve as the LOB interface for all project-related communications and issue resolution
• Deliver end-to-end regional programs (projects, moves) with disciplined intake, approvals, and on-time/on-budget execution
• Optimize portfolio health (vacancy, capacity, lease/space events) through consolidations, backfills, and other value actions
• Maintain proactive market coverage via regular stakeholder/site engagement, pipeline reviews, and early risk escalation
• Own regional operating cadence and reporting (KPIs, milestones, seat supply, financials/chargebacks, risk) to support decisioning
• Drive cross-functional alignment across GRE and business partners to accelerate decisions and mitigate delivery and operational risk
• Ensure strong controls (approvals, cost centers, system-of-record accuracy including Building360/TriRiga) and executive-ready communications
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
• 7+ years in real estate, workplace, construction/project delivery, or related experience
• Proven ownership of a regional portfolio/program with end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder outcomes
• Strong knowledge of real estate/property KPIs, occupancy standards, and applying metrics in day-to-day execution and reporting
• Proficient in executive-ready deliverables and project governance materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks, briefs), with strong command of documentation/status tools (e.g., PM Web) and approved AI tools to accelerate drafting and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging to senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups
