Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Philadelphia, PA is $80,600.00 to $134,300.00 per year.

Work you'll do

Leads the analysis of business system needs and develops the logical specifications for software under the supervision of a product manager or product owner.

Conducts research to understand business objectives and participates in the development of functional designs.

Meets regularly with developers, designers, and architects to translate business objectives into functional requirements, and ensures that the business application systems can be developed to meet business needs while taking guidance and direction from a product manager/owner.

Supports Lead Analyst, Product owner or Product Manager in requirements gathering effort on the epics as needed - consulting with product management, clients, and other stakeholders.

Defines the product backlog and creates user stories and acceptance criteria under the supervision of a product owner or product manager.

Supports Product owner/ Product Manager to prioritize the development to optimize the value of development team's work.

Contributes to the test Process & Strategy and execute functional testing.

Coordinates UAT Activities with Product Owner.

Support the ONM team to troubleshoot, resolution of the Production Incidents and Change management Process.

Telecommuting/working from home is permissible within commutable distance.

Qualifications

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Engineering (any) or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Business Systems Analyst-related occupation.

Position requires experience in the following:

1.

Analyze and translate Business needs to provide solutions utilizing tools including MS-Office tools, Application - ServiceNow Safe agile, and GRC module.

2.

Utilize Business domain (ITSM, ITOM) and Application (ServiceNow) knowledge to negotiate with business team to decide requirement from business request and finalize functional design.

3.

Conduct Gap-Analysis session to analyze ServiceNow module Out-ofbox functionality with the Business requirement.
