Work you'll do

Leads the strategic direction, operations, and maintenance for assigned products or applications.

Manages, evaluates and monitors the progress of products and facilitates discussions with various departments around business objectives, functionality, architecture, and product development.

Leads and oversees all software development aspects for assigned projects.

Manages all design, development and QA aspects of the Agile SDLC for multiple projects and/or enterprise-size projects.

Leads discussions with the business to understand and analyze their technology and application needs and objectives.

Monitors compliance with standardized procedures and best practices and collaborates with teams to develop and implement new processes.

Manages the day-to-day decision making involved in assigned product families.

Oversees the design and development aspects of a product.

Partners with product and channel leaders to deliver, maintain, and support enterprise-wide business solutions.

Develops a product roadmap for products within portfolio of responsibility and works with channel and business leadership to develop a strategy for execution.

Partners with architects to ensure that technical design, unit testing, deployment, and implementation requirements are properly completed and documented.

Monitors and prepares development product work plans, budget, and schedules.

Manages the budget and project timeline.

Provides leadership with ongoing status updates and notification of potential issues.

Provides consultation directly to leadership around specific suite of products.

Works with channel leadership and delivery managers to budget and prioritize planned and unplanned development and maintenance engagements.

Serves as a subject matter expert in resolving complex issues.

Manages relationship with outside vendors.

Monitors compliance with standards, procedures, and methodologies in the development life cycle are followed.

Identifies and proposes opportunities for improvement.
