Operations Manager

Operations Manager, San Antonio Better healthcare begins with the right team.

At Health by Design, we've built a faith-based model that reflects what you expected healthcare to be: relationship-driven, outcome-focused, and centered on doing what's right for the patient - The way healthcare should work.™ We began with a simple but radical belief: patients thrive when physicians have the time, tools, and support to care for the whole person--body, mind, and spirit.

That belief became the foundation for an advanced primary care model that integrates prevention, education, and long-term partnership between patient and provider.

The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic leadership team in a full-time capacity.

This hybrid role (remote and in-office) will require travel outside the San Antonio area (approximately 25-50%) depending on organizational growth and business needs.

The Operations Manager leads the people, systems, and business operations that allow Health by Design clinics or service line to thrive.

This role extends beyond the day-to-day clinic environment, connecting clinical operations with financial stewardship, workforce leadership, compliance, facilities, technology, and client partnership.

Working closely with clinical leaders and shared-service teams, the Operations Manager creates a safe, efficient, and accountable environment where team members can do their best work and patients receive the relationship-driven care they deserve.

This leader brings our values to life by leading with Love, acting with Speed, and pursuing Excellence in every decision, interaction, and outcome.
