Production Assembler - 6 Month Contract

This is a hands-on opportunity where your attention to detail and teamwork will make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What will you do?
* Assemble components and products according to specifications and standardized processes
* Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to established standards
* Maintain a clean and organized work area that supports efficiency and safety
* Identify and report any issues or malfunctions promptly to keep production on track

* Automation Integration - foundational level; supporting basic automated processes within the manual cell
* Customer Orientation - developing level; ensuring product quality meets customer expectations
* Digital Literacy - developing level; using digital tools and systems to track production data

* Lean Methodology - foundational level; applying basic lean principles to reduce waste and improve workflow

* Quality Control & Inspection - developing level; inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards

The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay, is CAD $26.47 for candidates who are B.C.
residents.
On top of this, you will receive a shift premium of $5 per hour, only for hours worked between 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level.
