The Opportunity

You will serve as a lead technical expert and field authority driving commercial electrical scopes across regional project sites.

This role gives you the platform to pull permits, guide field crews, and leverage your estimating expertise in a truly supportive work culture.

You will work directly with leadership that respects your trade knowledge and backs your team on every build.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Pull required electrical permits in the state of Texas to keep projects moving forward seamlessly.


* Lead and mentor a dedicated crew of field electricians to ensure high-quality installations.


* Review drawings and estimate electrical scopes for both internal projects and external bids.


* Oversee on-site safety compliance and installation quality in line with commercial building codes.


* Coordinate with project managers to resolve technical challenges and prevent timeline delays.


* Maintain clear communication across field teams to foster a respectful and collaborative job site.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Active Master Electrician License in the state of Texas with permit-pulling capability.


* Current OSHA 30 Certification.


* Proven experience managing small crews on commercial construction sites.


* Ability to travel up to 10% for regional project assignments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* 5+ years of related experience in commercial electrical construction.


* Completion of a formal Trade Program or Technical Certification.


* Hands-on experience bidding and estimating commercial electrical scopes.


* Proactive leader that will eventually be running their own team
