The Opportunity

You will serve as a key operations leader, driving commercial and public-sector projects from preconstruction handoff through final closeout.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Serve as the primary day-to-day leader for project owners, architects, projects teams, and working with the superintendent and trade partners to align objectives and execute scope.


* Drive project planning, startup, and procurement strategies while continuously monitoring field sequencing and constraints.


* Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, GMPs, cost-loaded schedules, monthly payment applications, and change order processes.


* Enforce rigorous project controls, including RFIs, submittals, and public-sector compliance standards within Procore.


* Assess complex project challenges independently, delivering proactive solutions that safeguard budget, schedule, and quality targets.


* Direct all final closeout activities including punch lists, inspections, bond compliance, O&M manuals, and warranty turnover.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Minimum of 7 years of relevant construction management experience overseeing commercial or public-sector projects.


* Active OSHA 30 Certification and Procore Project Management License.


* Proven track record managing public-sector projects such as K-12, municipal, government, or airport facilities.


* Strong technical proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.


* Demonstrated ability to interpret construction drawings, administer complex contracts, and manage public/bond compliance rules.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.


* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.


* Hands-on experience with CMAR and CSP project delivery methods.
