Logistics Manager

Work you'll do

As a Manager, Managed Services (Logistics Manager) on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:


* Lead end-to-end logistics and shipment execution activities supporting global equipment movement programs


* Manage cross-functional coordination across warehouse, logistics, operations, and other stakeholder teams to drive timely and accurate shipment execution


* Oversee shipment, inventory, and tracking data across required systems to support operational accuracy, reporting, and issue resolution


* Identify shipment risks, delivery issues, and process gaps; escalate issues as needed and drive corrective actions to resolution


* Lead operational workstreams, define priorities, and monitor execution against program timelines and service expectations


* Coach and provide day-to-day guidance to junior team members supporting logistics and operational activities

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


* 8+ years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, warehouse operations, inventory management, or program management


* Experience leading projects, workstreams, or teams in a logistics, fulfillment, distribution, or operations environment
