Consultant | +One

The +One Regional Consultant is the primary point of contact connecting Oakbridge associates and clients to the +One suite of services.

This role works hand-in-hand with internal teams including Producers, Account Managers, Field Consultants, and Claims Advocacy to deploy analytics, loss prevention, and claims resources to Oakbridge clients.

The consultant meets directly with clients and prospects to evaluate their risk management and claims needs, builds a service plan around those needs, and directs delivery of that plan from start to finish.

The role also supports Producers during the sales process, making it a critical link between client needs and what Oakbridge delivers.

The role may be onsite or hybrid and includes travel up to 30% of the time.

Work Performed: Client-Facing Lead onboarding meetings for new clients to develop a complete understanding of their needs, concerns, exposures and loss driversDevelop, implement and oversee a tailored annual service plan for clientsTrack and communicate results to clients and the service team on a regular basisDevelop an annual stewardship report showing the impact of +One activities, delivered to the client in coordination with the Producer teamServe as the primary +One contact for clients across assigned regions and officesSupport Producers during prospecting and sales conversations as requested, including client-facing case studies Internal / Associate-Facing Manage deployment of Oakbridge +One resourcesCommunicate the service plan internally, build out deliverables and a timeline, and monitor progress to completionTrack service delivery throughout the year and quantify the impact of those services for internal reportingPartner with the Producer and service team to prepare and deliver stewardship reports and client reviewsCreate case studies from tracked results to support new prospect opportunities with the broader teamPerform all other duties as assigned
