Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dedicated rehabilitation team.

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will:


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


* Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions


* Improve patients' mobility, strength, balance, and overall function


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, and families


* Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans accurately and timely


* Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs


* Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing


* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program


* Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills


* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


* Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred


* New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
