* High School diploma or equivalent.


* 1-3 years on CNC milling machines in a production environment.


* Familiarity with 3, 4-Axis or similar CNC multi-axis machines.


* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and operation sheets.


* Experience with precision measuring tools


* Mechanical aptitude.


* Basic math skills.


* Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
