We are searching for the best talent for Global Planning Co-Op to be in Gurabo, PR.


* The Intern / Co-op term is from January to December, 2027.


* Full time requirement (40 hours per week).

Purpose:

The Global Planning Supply Chain and Process Improvement (COOP) is responsible for managing improvements in Global Planning using best practices and methodologies.

This includes the execution of continuous improvement projects through the use of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma and supply planning tools.

Also, will support the Global Planning department by generating reports from the systems and other transactional / documentation activities to support site shipments.

You will be responsible:

Support the organization in any initiative to improve processes through JJPS, Lean Manufacturing, and other BEx methods.

Engage people in Kaizen events, trainings, improvement ideas generation, among others.

Supports the Global Planning department by generating reports from the systems as needed, along with other transactional and documentation activities to support site shipments.

Additionally, this role involves supporting capacity analysis, MDA documentation, master data revision, project management, materials readiness activities, scheduling optimization, and event process/window reviews, among other tasks as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements:


* Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
