Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for an IT Manager, Vision Deliver to be located in Jacksonville, FL.

The Technical Product Owner is accountable for product leadership across DCS, SAP EWM, WMS, labeling, outbound transportation, and distribution automation technologies supporting Vision distribution centers in the United States.

Provide Technical & Functional Leadership for Warehouse Management Platforms/Systems and responsible for delivery of strategic imperatives that will drive continuous improvement of systems, processes, and reliability.

Logistics & Distribution Product line will lead the advancement of our capabilities through automation and digitization of products such as DC Automation, Dynamic Labelling, RFID Tagging, RF Scanners, Voice Pick, etc.

This individual will require a good mix of project management skills with business and technical acumen to drive measurable value aligned to business needs.

Driving a culture of innovation with a focus on developing talent will be key to ensure team members are in tune with emerging industry and technology trends.

The Technical Product Owner will identify and deliver intelligent automation and AI-enabled use cases that produce measurable improvements in operational throughput, service performance, quality, and cost to serve.

Using user-centered design and rapid prototyping, the role will deliver Minimum Viable Products with speed and agility to meet customer and business needs.

Responsibilities:



* Product strategy and roadmap: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, business value, and measurable objectives for warehouse management, distribution, and DC automation capabilities; prioritize investments and coordinate product introductions and retirements.
