Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Finance Director for Trauma within the MedTech DePuy Synthes organization.

DePuy Synthes is the world’s leading orthopedics company, with approximately $9B in annual revenue across multiple platforms, including Trauma.

This role can be based in NJ/PA.

The Senior Finance Director, Trauma will lead financial strategy and execution for the global Trauma business in partnership with senior business leaders.

This role is accountable for delivering financial commitments, improving forecast accuracy, identifying risks and opportunities, and maintaining strong compliance discipline.

The leader will provide strategic decision support through robust analytics, active Integrated Business Planning engagement, and clear performance insights.

Key responsibilities include leading business plans and forecast updates, supporting external business development evaluations, influencing pricing and deal economics, and partnering cross-functionally to optimize inventory, excess and obsolete reserves, instruments, and capital deployment.

Financial priorities include market share growth, gross profit improvement, price realization, lower cost to serve, and improved utilization of Trauma inventory and instruments.
