The Drug Chemistry team operates within the Analytical Method and Stability Center (AMSC) in the Global Analytical Development Synthetics organization, a division of Therapeutics Development & Supply (TDS) at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.

Within Analytical Development, we bring together expertise in chemistry, analytics, computational sciences, and digital innovation to advance the understanding of molecular stability, reactivity, and developability throughout the drug discovery and development lifecycle.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Scientist with a strong background in organic chemistry and a passion for scientific innovation.

In this role, you will investigate the chemical behavior of drug candidates, design and execute studies that generate critical development insights, and help address complex pharmaceutical challenges.

You will combine experimental and data-driven approaches to understand degradation pathways, reaction mechanisms, and factors that impact product quality and stability.

Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will partner with scientists across multiple disciplines, including analytical sciences, formulation, toxicology, and computational chemistry, to support the development of innovative medicines.
