Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Regional Head of Technology MedTech EP-CNV EMEA (Spain), consisting of our presence in Spain, is a business strategist and product‑minded technology leader who partners closely with the regional & country MedTech leadership team to shape growth strategies, modernize platforms, and deliver differentiated digital and AI capabilities for customers and patients.

This leader serves as the critical point of connection between business strategy and technology execution, developing technology as a competitive advantage for the region and business.

You will lead a business‑facing technology organization in the region and local countries, orchestrating the full breadth of JJT products, platforms, and services to maximize value, speed, and quality for the MedTech portfolio.

You will engage deeply with senior business leaders (e.g., Company Group Chair/Regional /Country Leadership Teams) and to define priorities and deliver outcomes.

The EP-CNV business encompasses digital surgery/robotics platforms, OR integration, imaging and computer vision, field service digitization, supply continuity and instrument lifecycle analytics.
